44. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR ELEVATOR RENOVATIONS Pursuant to A.R.S §42-17106B, authorize the following transfer of expenditure authority within the FY 2019 budget: a) Decrease the expenditure authority in the Facilities Management (D700) General Fund (100) East Court Elevator Renovations (ECE1) in the amount of $3,000,000. b) Increase the expenditure authority in the Facilities Management (D700) General Fund (100) Elevator Renovations (ELV1) in the amount of $3,000,000. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. For FY 2019, the Board of Supervisors approved the Facilities Management (D700) East Court Elevator Renovations (ECE1) budget in the amount of $3,000,000. The requested adjustment is necessary to realign the budget to provide better tracking of project costs and funding for six elevator upgrades and the construction of one freight elevator.
