29. TRANSFER OF EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY FOR THE EAST VALLEY ANIMAL CARE & CONTROL FACILITY 1. Approve a new project called East Valley Animal Care & Control Facility (EVAC). 2. Amend the 5-year Capital Improvement Plan to include the East Valley Animal Care & Control Facility (EVAC) project. 3. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106B, authorize this transfer of expenditure authority within the FY 2019 budget: a) Decrease the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (D470) County Improvement Fund (445) Animal Control Expansion Durango (ACED) by an amount of $4,076,921, b) Increase the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (D470) County Improvement Fund (445) East Valley Animal Care & Control Facility (EVAC) budget by an amount not to exceed $4,076,921. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105.
