REQUEST FOR REVIEW OVER BASELINE Approve an exception to the FY 2020 Budget Guidelines and Priorities allowing the Budget Office to review and analyze of the following request over baseline: 1. $1,314,995 in Fund 100 General Fund Operating appropriation. 2. $1,314,485 in Fund 255 Detention Fund Operating appropriation. The increase in the General Fund is due to substantial completion of the 225 Madison Ave. project in December of 2019. The increase in the Detention Fund is due to substantial completion of the Intake Transfer Release project in November of 2019. Operating costs have been budgeted to occur beginning in December.
