BUDGET APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT FOR MADISON AVE PROJECT Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106B, authorize this budget appropriation adjustment within the FY 2019 budget: a) Decrease the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (D470) County Improvement Fund (445) Adult Probation Southport (APSP) by an amount of $1,000,000. b) Decrease the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (D470) County Improvement Fund (445) East Court Improvements (ECIM) by an amount of $300,000. c) Decrease the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (D470) County Improvement Fund (445) Equipment Services – Fuel Services Durango (ESFS) by an amount of $1,000,000. d) Decrease the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (D470) County Improvement Fund (445) East Valley Animal Care and Control Facility (EVAC) by an amount of $3,000,000. e) Decrease the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (D470) County Improvement Fund (445) Superior Court Central Building (SCCB) by an amount of $200,000. f) Decrease the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (D470) County Improvement Fund (445) Superior Court – Grand Jury at West Courts (SCGJ) by an amount of $1,500,000. g) Decrease the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (D470) County Improvement Fund (445) Southeast Regional Justice Center (SRJC) at Mesa by an amount of $1,000,000. h) Decrease the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund County Improvements (455) Intake Transfer Release Facility (ITRJ) by an amount of $8,000,000. i) Decrease the expenditure authority in the Non Department (D470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring Non Project (1001) in the line "Unreserved Contingency" in the amount of $5,000,000. j) Increase the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (D470) County Improvement Fund (441) Madison Street Jail Adaptive Reuse (MADR) by an amount of $21,000,000. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105.
