44. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR MADISON PROJECT Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106B, authorize this transfer of expenditure authority within the FY 2019 budget: a) Decrease the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (D470) Detention Capital Projects Fund (455) Intake Transfer Release Jail (ITRJ) by an amount of $3,000,000. b) Increase the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (D470) County Improvement 441 COP Series 2016 Fund (441) Madison Street Jail Adaptation Phase (MADR) by an amount of $3,000,000. There will be no change to the overall project budgets in the 5 year Capital Improvement Program (CIP). These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105.
