FY 2021 CIP BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS FOR FUELING STATION PROJECTS In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the following budget adjustments for FY 2021 and 5 Year CIP Non Departmental (D470) budget: a. Decrease the FY 2021 expenditure authority in Non Departmental (D470) County Improvement COP Series 2021 Fund (443) Equipment Services Fueling Station Downtown (ESFD) by $1,000,000. b. Increase the FY 2021 expenditure authority in Non Departmental (D470) County Improvement COP Series 2021 Fund (443) Equipment Services Center Buckeye (ESCB) by $1,000,000. c. Amend the FY 2021 – 2025 five year Capital Improvement Plan, County Improvement COP Series 2021 Fund (443), Year 2 (FY 2022) by decreasing the expenditure budget for the Equipment Services Center Buckeye (ESCB) project by $1,000,000 from $5,400,000 to $4,4000,000. d. Amend the FY 2021 – 2025 five year Capital Improvement Plan, County Improvement COP Series 2021 Fund (443), Year 2 (FY 2022) by increasing the expenditure budget for the Equipment Services Fueling Station Downtown (ESFD) project by $1,000,000 from $0 to $1,000,000.
