32. BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS FOR MADISON STREET JAIL ADAPTATION PHASE AND 301 ADMIN. BUILDING RENOVATION PROJECT In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), authorize the following appropriation adjustments to the FY 2021 Madison Street Jail Adaptation Phase and 301 Admin. Building Renovation project budgets: 1. Decrease the FY 2021 expenditure authority for the Non Departmental (D470) County Improvement COP Series 2018 Fund (441) Madison Refresh (MADR) budget by $7,040,000. 2. Increase the FY 2021 expenditure authority for the Non Departmental (D470) County Improvement COP Series 2018 Fund (441) 301 Admin. Building Renovation (ADBR) by $7,040,000. Also, direct the Budget Office to update the overall project budgets in the Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan: • Increase ADBR total project budget from $12,300,000 to $19,340,000. • Decrease MADR total project budget from $103,700,000 to $96,660,000.
