LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT Approve and execute License between Flood Control District of Maricopa County (“District”) and Maricopa County (“County”) for County’s access to and use of yard space located at 2801 W. Durango Street, Phoenix, AZ. The purpose of this License is for use by Maricopa County Facilities Management Department to support a recycling program administered by County’s Environmental Division. County shall reimburse District $200 for an annual electricity utility service fee. The License will remain in place until terminated. Either Party can terminate this Agreement with a prior 30-days written notice to the other. This item is located in Supervisorial District 5. (C-70-22-002-X-00)
