18. FY 2023 BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106(B), authorize the following appropriation adjustments to the FY 2023 budget: 1. Increase the expenditure authority in the Facilities Management Department (D700) Genera l Fund (100) Operating (OPER) budget by an amount not to exceed $2,000,000. 2. Decrease the expenditure authority in the Facilities Management Department (D700) General Fund (100) Facilities Major Maintenance Operating (FMM0) budget by an amount not to ex ceed $2,000,000. These actions will have a net zero impact on the County-wide budget and do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. Department anticipates higher operating expenditures and is moving expenditure authority from the major maintenance budget to cover the variance and properly reflect expenditures in the appropriation group that they are being incurred.
