39. SOUTHWEST REGIONAL JUSTICE CENTER EXPANSION (SWJE) APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT (Supervisorial District: 5) 1. Approve the increase to the Southwest Regional Justice Center Expansion (SWJE) in the FY 2026 Non-Departmental (D470) budget in the amount of $500,000. 2. In addition, and in accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the following adjustments to the FY 2026 budget: a. Increase the Non-Departmental (D470) County Improvement COP Series 2027 (446) Southwest Regional Justice Center Expansion (SWJE) expenditure budget by $500,000. a. Decrease the Non-Departmental (D470) County Improvement COP Series 2024 (444) Clerk of the Court – Southeast Remodel (CTSR) expenditure budget by $500,000. These actions will have a county-wide net impact of zero, and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105.
