2. 10016-ITN, BANK SERVICING AGREEMENT (AMENDMENT NO 2) Approve Amendment No.2 to the Bank Servicing Agreement (Serial: 10016-ITN, C-73-11-036-7-00) with JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. originally approved on November 3, 2010 and as amended by Amendment No.1 on May 11, 2011. Amendment No.2 amends the bank servicing agreement to commence the Chase Cash Card service upon execution of a Chase Cash Card Agreement. The Chase Cash Card Agreement shall be incorporated into the Bank Services Agreement. All other terms and conditions remain the same. (C-73-11-036-7-02) (C-73-11-117-3-00)

64. 10016-ITN, BANK SERVICING AGREEMENT Approve Amendment No. 4 to the Bank Servicing Agreement (Serial: 10016-ITN, C-73-11-036-7-00) with JP Morgan Chase N.A originally approved on November 3, 2010. The Amendment renews the contract for one year, until June 30, 2016 and modifies sections of the Contract as more fully noted in the Amendment document, but includes without limitation: • removing from the Scope of Work, Exhibit B armored car services, issuance/processing of stored valued cards, payroll cards and reward cards; • deleting from Section 6.20 the requirement to comply with statutes which have been repealed and • supersede and replace Exhibit B (Scope of Work), Section 7 Collateral Requirement in the Agreement relating to the pledging of collateral to secure the uninsured balances of the County’s public funds on deposit with the Contractor and substitute the following retroactive to July 1, 2014: “Contractor’s obligations with respect to the pledging of collateral to secure the uninsured balances of County’s public funds on deposit with the contract and all reporting with respect to such collateral shall be in compliance with the requirements of Title 35, Chapter 10, of the Arizona Revised Statutes, and such rules as have been adopted by the Administrator of the collateral pool contemplated thereby or the Treasurer of the State of Arizona under authority of such statutes, in each case as amended from time to time.” This contract provides for all banking services for the Maricopa County Treasurer and other agencies/departments as required under Arizona Revised Statues. Except as specifically modified by Amendment No. 4, the Agreement shall; continue in full force and effect. (C-73-11-117-3-01)
