37. INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT WITH THE COOPERATIVE PURCHASING NETWORK Approve and execute an Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the Cooperative Purchasing Network, a department of the Region 4 Education Service Center, a regional education service center of the State of Texas, aka, TCPN. Term of the agreement is from the date approved by the Board of Supervisors until cancelled by either party with 30 days notice. This agreement will facilitate the cooperative procurement of supplies, materials and/or services with the intent of conserving resources and reducing procurement costs. (C-73-11-043-3-00)
