The action on the following items is subject to Legal Counsel's review and approval of the respective contracts and subsequent execution of contracts. Serial: 10111-S Item: Electronic Resources & Multi Media Down loads- Maricopa County Library District (MCLD) ($750,000.00 estimate/three years until January 31, 2014, with three one year renewal option) Contract award is for provided multimedia downloads such as music and audio books for customers/citizens utilizing Maricopa County Libraries. Contract effective date will change to January 12, 2011. Current resources on 04147 are insufficient and will not meet the maturity date of February 28, 2011.
