57. 10149-RFP, ELECTRONIC HEALTHCARE SERVICES Approve an Administrative Correction to the Contract between MDLiveCare Health Services Inc. and Maricopa County, approved by the Board on May 25, 2011. The term of the Contract was originally listed as, "one year until May 31, 2012, with five one-year renewal options." The correct term of this Contract is August 1, 2011 until July 31, 2013. The contract may be renewed for additional terms up to a maximum of four (4) years, or be extended on a month-to-month basis per the terms of the Contract. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect. (C-73-11-113-7-01)
