49. 11064-IGA, COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MOTOROLA SOLUTIONS INC Approve the Authorization for the execution of a Communications Services Agreement with Motorola Solutions, Inc. The action on the following item is subject to Legal Counsel's review and approval of the respective agreement and subsequent execution of the agreement. Serial: 11064-IGA Item: Authorization for the execution of a communications services agreement with Motorola Solutions Inc. ($2,400,000.00 estimate / One time Purchase under an IGA with the City of Yuma Until March 31, 2012) Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to execute a Communications System Agreement between Maricopa County and Motorola Solutions, Inc. to facilitate the purchase of equipment and services related to the installation of a new P25 Zone Controller in an amount not-to-exceed $2,400,000.00 through an IGA with the City of Yuma, Arizona as detailed in the proposal dated April 20, 2011 and the updated pricing proposal dated May 9, 2011. The execution of this agreement also includes the transfer of the currently installed Motorola Solutions, Inc. P16 Zone Controller to Maricopa County in an “as is” condition as outlined in the Motorola Solutions, Inc. letter to Maricopa County dated May 10, 2011. Motorola Solutions, Inc. (C-73-11-116-7-00)
