66. TRANSFER OF EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106B, authorize the transfer of expenditure authority in the amount of $40,000 from Non-Departmental (470) Non-Grant Fund (249) Non-Recurring, Non-Project (0001) to Materials Management (730) Reprographics (673) to a Existing Line Item Non-Recurring, Non-Project (0001). The purpose of the transfer is to allow for the utilization of the Materials Management Reprographics Fund Balance for expenses incurred in FY 2010-2011. Approval of this action will require an appropriation adjustment increasing the Materials Management (730) Reprographics (673) Non-Recurring, Non-Project (0001) budget by $40,000, and decreasing the Non-Departmental (470) Non-Grant Fund (249) Non-Recurring, Non-Project (0001) budget by $40,000. This action will have a net zero impact on the overall County budget. Reprographics' FY2011 forecasted budget is not structurally balanced, and does not assume full cost recovery. Approval of this action will allow the utilization of the Materials Management Reprographics Fund Balance for expenses incurred in FY 2010-2011. The department is working with staff to return to balance by the end of the fiscal year, with a plan in place to reduce costs and/or revenue. (C-73-11-125-2-00)
