58. 10098-RFP, RYAN WHITE PART A CASE MANAGEMENT CENTRAL ELIGIBILITY Approve an Administrative Correction to the Contract between Area Agency on Aging, Region One and Maricopa County, approved by the Board on June 22, 2011. The effective date of the Contract was originally listed as, "August 1, 2011" with the with Board approval on June 22, 2011. The correct effective date of this Contract is June 22, 2011 until June 30, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect. (C-73-11-134-7-01)
