27. AMEND PROCUREMENT CODE Amend Articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, and 12 of the Maricopa County Procurement Code. The amendments to Articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, and 12 of the Maricopa County Procurement Code update language, transfer procurement authority for Article 5 procurement activities from the County Engineer to the Chief Procurement Officer, add a new procurement method called a Multi-Step Competitive Sealed Proposal, correct mistakes and make necessary reference changes.
