56. 99214 RFP, COOLING LOOP SERVICES, COUNTY BUILDINGS Approve an increase in the price agreement from $81,000,000.00 to $201,000,000.00 and approve the following Amendments to SERIAL #99214 RFP COOLING LOOP SERVICES, COUNTY BUILDINGS with NRG Energy Center Phoenix, LLC; 1- Amendment No. 3 (Downtown Courts Complex) - increase the chilled water tonnage requirements from 1100 tons to 2400 tons. 2- Amendment No. 4 (225 W. Madison St. Building) – establish chilled water service to the facility in the amount of 1200 tons. 3- Amendment No. 5 extends the Master Agreement term and establishes new pricing after expiration of the existing term (i.e. 2030) for the County facilities from 2030 to 2038 with two (5) year extension term options up to 2048, updates Appendix C for new Insurance requirements and adds Appendix H for baseline 2016 costs. All one-time connection costs associated with Amendments 3 & 4 will be paid for by NRG Energy Center, Phoenix, LLC. (C-73-12-065-3-01)
