63. HIGHWAY OPERATIONS BUILDING ADDITION PHASE II - GMP #1 TO WOODRUFF CONSTRUCTION Approve and authorize the execution of Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) GMP#1, Contract No. 918-12-005-2012 with Woodruff Construction, for a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) not-to-exceed amount of $1,595,588.29. The purpose of this Contract is to provide general construction services to construct a building addition to the Maricopa County Department of Transportation Operations Building, Building # 1405 and related site work, including a new high voltage transformer project number 1405-12-1019. This facility is located in District 5. This Contract is effective from April 11, 2012 until November 5, 2012. (C-73-12-076-5-00)
