51. AMEND ARTICLES 1, 2, 3 AND 5 MARICOPA COUNTY PROCUREMENT CODE Amend Articles 1, 2, 3, and 5 of the Maricopa County Procurement Code as shown in the file in the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Amend Articles 1, 2, 3, and 5, of the Maricopa County Procurement Code to update references and position titles, add paragraphs MC1-350 through 352 which contain language authorizing the use of a competition impracticable procurement method, and correct the Chief Procurement Officers Article 5 contracting authority. The Maricopa County Procurement Code was last updated in March 2012. (C-73-13-015-3-00)
