53. UPGRADE AND/OR REPLACEMENT, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF VARIOUS VIDEO AND RELATED EQUIPMENT Approve and authorize the execution of a Contract with Technology Providers Incorporated (TPI) for a period of three years (with 3 One Year Renewal Options), in an amount not-to-exceed $800,000 for the initial purchase and installation (additional funds will be added for service and repairs at a later date), in a form to be approved by the County Attorney’s Office for the upgrade and/or replacement, maintenance and repair of various video and related equipment in the Board of Supervisor’s Auditorium, Administration Building 10th Floor Meeting Room and the Administration Building 10th Floor Tom Sullivan Conference Room.
