41. 12134-ROQ, ROQ SOUTHWEST JUSTICE COURT ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES Approve an amendment to agenda item C-73-13-040-5-00 approved on January 9, 2013 with Architekton, Contract 12134-ROQ, Southwest Justice Courts, to replace the original Design Build Contract form and replace it with the revised Design-Bid-Build Contract form as attached. This amendment also incorporates a revised scope of work, revised schedule and a revised fee schedule in an amount not-to-exceed $2,674,786.43 and is retroactive to January 9, 2013.
