INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute an Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the State of Arizona, Arizona Department of Administration. This Intergovernmental Agreement will facilitate the cooperative procurement of materials, services or necessary construction acquired through the use of contracts procured through the Arizona Department of Administration with the intent of conserving resources and/or reducing procurement costs. 29. 16013-IGA, COMPUTER HARDWARE AND SUPPORT Approve the following solicitation serial items. Serial: 16013-IGA Item: COMPUTER HARDWARE AND SUPPORT ($10,000,000.00 estimate / 1 year and 8 months with 3 one-year renewal option, until 03/31/2017) Authorize the use of contracts through an IGA between Maricopa County and the State of Arizona, approved by the Board of Supervisors (C-73-13-041-3-00), with following vendors; Dell USA LP, Lenovo Inc., Hewlett Packard Company, and IBM Corporation. The contracts were procured by State of Arizona for the purchase of computer hardware, peripherals and related services. These contacts are requirements contracts and will be used based on identified and budgeted County needs.
