46. CHANGE ORDER #2 TO PHASE II CONTRACT 12140-CMR, SELECTIVE DEMOLITION, ABATEMENT AND FIREPROOFING Approve Change Order No. 2 with CALIENTE CONSTRUCTION INC. (12140-CMR) in the amount of $1,619,523.00 for a revised total contract amount of $4,067,423.00.
