LAND USE LICENSE FOR COMMUNICATION SITE Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, a Land Use License P-50349 with Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (SRP) for the County’s development and operation of a wireless communications facility at Stewart Mountain Dam (located at Saguaro Lake); and authorize the Chairman to sign all other documents approved by legal counsel required as part of the Land Use License for development and operation of a county wireless communication facility at the subject site. This item is located in Supervisor District 2. The subject Land Use License allows the County to develop and operate a wireless communication facility at Stewart Mountain Dam. The Land Use License is needed in conjunction with the Site Specific Supplemental Agreement which is addressed in a separate agenda item. Funding for the construction, installation and start-up of wireless communication equipment at the Stewart Mountain Dam is part of the Radio System Infrastructure Upgrade Project previously approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 5, 2013, under agenda C-73-13-077-7-00.
