72. 13053-CMR, LOWER BUCKEYE AND 4TH AVENUE JAILS FLAT CELL MODIFICATIONS PHASE I AND PHASE II Approve and authorize the execution of a Phase 1, Construction Manager at Risk (CMR), Pre-Construction Services Contract between Maricopa County and Woodruff Construction, Phoenix, Arizona, in an amount not-to-exceed $11,748.33, to provide general construction services for the conversion of cells in the Lower Buckeye and 4th Avenue Jails. Also, authorize the execution of a Phase 2, Construction Manager at Risk (CMR), Construction Contract between Maricopa County and Woodruff Construction, Phoenix, Arizona, in an amount not-to-exceed 10% of the project estimate, to construct the improvements for the conversion of cells in the Lower Buckeye and 4th Avenue Jails.
