73. 13075-CMR, CELL DOOR RELEASE IMPROVEMENTS - LOWER BUCKEYE AND 4TH AVENUE JAIL PHASE I AND PHASE II Approve and authorize the execution of a Phase 1, Construction Manager at Risk (CMR), Pre-Construction Services Contract between Maricopa County and Woodruff Construction, Phoenix, Arizona, in the amount not-to-exceed $26,034.24, to provide general construction services for cell door release improvements in the Lower Buckeye and 4th Avenue Jails. Also authorize the execution of a Phase 2, Construction Manager at Risk (CMR), Construction Contract between Maricopa County and Woodruff Construction, Phoenix, Arizona, in a amount not-to-exceed 10% of the project estimate, to construct the improvements for cell door releases in the Lower Buckeye and 4th Avenue Jails.
