AMENDMENT TO MARICOPA COUNTY PROCUREMENT CODE Amend Article 3, Section MC1-354 Emergency Procurement Procedures as shown in the document on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors and attached. The proposed changes update the authority of the County Manager and the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors. The last changes to the Procurement Code were made approved in September 2013.
