33. 13002-RFP, WEB-BASED VISITATION/COMMUNICATION KIOSK SYSTEM Approve the following solicitation serial items. The action on the following items is subject to Legal Counsel's review and approval of the respective contracts and subsequent execution of contracts. Serial: 13002-RFP Item: WEB-BASED VISITATION/COMMUNICATION KIOSK SYSTEM ($1,100,000.00 estimate / 5 Years Until November 30, 2018 With 5 One-Year Renewal Option). This revenue contract is for the installation and maintenance of a video visitation/communication and kiosk system within County Jails. All cost associated with the purchase and installation of the system will be borne by the vendor with the County sharing in a portion of the revenue generated by its use. The contract is for an initial contract term of 5 years with the option to renew for an additional 5 years. The initial 5 year term shall end on November 30, 2018.
