37. 12104-CMR, OET ZONE 2 DURANGO REFRESH PROJECT CMAR PHASE I AND PHASE II CONTRACT Approve and authorize the execution of a Phase 1, Construction Manager at Risk (CMR), Pre-Construction Services Contract between Maricopa County and ForeSite Design & Construction, Inc., Gilbert, Arizona, in an amount not-to-exceed $101,720.00, to provide general construction services in support of the OET Zone 2 Refresh Project, located on the Maricopa County Durango Campus. The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date it is fully executed by both parties and shall end on the date of commencement of the term of the agreement. Also, authorize the execution of a Phase 2, Construction Manager at Risk (CMR), Construction Contract between Maricopa County and ForeSite Design & Construction, Inc, Gilbert, Arizona, in an amount not-to-exceed 10% of the project estimate, to construct the upgrades of the OET Zone 2 Refresh Project, located on the Maricopa County Durango Campus.
