36. TOLLING AGREEMENT WITH OFFICE DEPOT Approve an Agreement between Office Depot and Maricopa County through the Office of Procurement Services, for the purpose of Approve a tolling agreement with Office Depot for term beginning August 23, 2013 through April 30, 2014, unless extended by mutual agreement of both parties. This Agreement is non-financial and is effective from August 23, 2013 until April 30, 2014. Approval of this agreement stays any potential statutory time limits for filing claims for the duration of the agreement to facilitate efforts to resolve a dispute between Maricopa County and Office Depot concerning overcharges and other issues relating to purchase of office supplies under Master Agreement 42595 administered through U.S. Communities and lead agency Los Angeles County.
