47. 13132-CMR, EAST COURT BUILDING 6TH FLOOR COURTROOM BUILDOUT PHASE 1 AND PHASE 2 CONTRACT (CHANGE ORDER #1) Approve Change Order #1 to the Phase 1, Construction Manager at Risk (CMR), Pre-Construction Services Contract between Maricopa County and ForeSite Design & Construction, Inc., Gilbert, Arizona. The original contract was awarded by the Board of Supervisors on December 11, 2013, to provide general construction services for the East Court Building 6th floor Courtroom build-out (C-73-14-034-5-00). Change Order #1 moves the build out project location from the 6th floor to the 7th floor of the East Court Building. (C-73-14-045-5-00)
