46. 12140-CMR, SELECTIVE DEMOLITION, ABATEMENT AND FIREPROOFING Approve Change Order #6 to the Phase 2, Construction Manager at Risk (CMR), Construction Services Contract between Maricopa County and Caliente Construction, Inc., Mesa Arizona in the amount of $1,356,218 for a new contract amount of $5,423,641 . The purpose of this Change Order is to increase scope related to unforeseen asbestos remediation and related work needed inside 2 vertical shafts from basement to roof shafts with access to do the work being into the shaft at the 6th floor.
