39. 13134-ITN, ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES Approve the following solicitation serial items. Serial: 13134-ITN Item: Environmental Services ($15,000,000.00 estimate / 3 Year Until April 30, 2017 With 3 One-Year Renewal Option) Multiple award to contract with all acceptable qualified individuals and/or organizations to provide Maricopa County the following environmental services on a demand basis: environmental site assessment/ site investigation/remediation; asbestos and lead-based paint assessment and/or abatement; environmental engineering services; air engineering services; industrial hygiene/indoor air quality and microbial services; environmental training; waste disposal; laboratory and analytical services; drilling services; wildlife removal and relocation; environmental assessment/impact statements; and environmental database services. This contract shall establish a listing of qualified Contractors for each Area of Service (AOS) to provide products and/or services as defined therein. At the time a requirement is identified, a request for quotation (RFQ) and a detailed Scope of Work (SOW) will be issued to each qualified Contractor by AOS, unless a determination has been made by the Office of Procurement Services that individual project quotes are not in the best interest of Maricopa County or at the discretion of the using department if the total project is estimated to be under $25,000. For quoted jobs award(s) shall be made to the Contractor that provides the lowest price for that Task Order. Awarded 43 vendors, See attached vendor list (C-73-14-051-7-00)
