71. 14009-RFP, JAILS CONTROL UPGRADE Approve the following solicitation serial items. Serial: 14009-RFP Item: Jails Control Upgrade ($6,291,302.92 estimate / 430 days from the Notice to Proceed until August 15, 2015 with 3 one-year renewal options). Approve a contract with Climatec, Phoenix, Arizona to calibrate and perform related services for the Facility Management System (FMS) to provide fully automatic control for all systems for the Lower Buckeye and 4th Avenue Jails and additional facilities as required by the County.
