78. 13017-ITN, AIR QUALITY PROJECT IN THE QUEEN CREEK AREA Approve the following solicitation serial items. Serial: 13017-ITN Item: Air Quality Project in the Queen Creek Area ($236,000.00 estimate / 1 year with 2 one year renewal options until June 30, 2015) This contract provides for the completion of an air quality project, awarded in phases, in Maricopa County for the construction of a park at the Queen Creek Landfill site funded from payments received through the Queen Creek Landfill settlement agreement. This approval will authorize the initiation of Phase 1 (engineering evaluation, design, and related services). Upon successful completion and acceptance of Phase 1 of the project by the County, the Board of Supervisors may be requested to consider future phases to permit the completion of the overall project.
