80. 10016-ITN, BANK SERVICING AGREEMENT Approve the renewal/extension of the following contracts: (These are recommended with the concurrence of the using agencies and the vendors, upon satisfactory contract performance and, when appropriate, after a market survey is performed.) Renewal/Extension Date: July 01, 2014 Serial: 10016-ITN Item: Bank Servicing Agreement ($1,000,000 estimate / 1 year until June 30, 2015) Approve Amendment #3 to the Banking Services Contract, 10016-ITN with JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA. a national banking association to provide all banking services for the Maricopa County Treasurer and other agencies/departments as required under Arizona Revised Statues. Specifically, the Amendment renews the contact for a period of one year until June 30, 2015; modifies Exhibit A Pricing with respect to the Premium Managed Earnings Credit Rate and establishes the monthly settlement of fees; and Amends Exhibit B, Scope of Work, with respect to Short Term Financing Requirements related to the $35 million revolving line of credit.
