36. 13067-SS, AGENDA MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES Approve a Sole Source Contract with Hyland Software, Inc. in an amount not-to-exceed $260,000.00 in year one of the contract for the purchase of maintenance, services, upgrades and related support for the agenda management solution used by the Maricopa County. The effective date of the Contract is August 1, 2014 to July 31, 2015. The Contract has two (2) one (1) year renewal options. Year two (2) renewal cost is $298,100.00 and year three (3) renewal cost is $336,344.00. (C-73-15-004-3-00)

77. AGENDA MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES, (13067-SS) Approve the Renewal of a Sole Source contract with Hyland Software, Inc. with an effective date of August 1, 2017. This Contract provides the hosting, licenses, maintenance, services, upgrades and related support for the agenda management solution (SIRE) used by the Clerk of the Board and other County departments. This Contract contains options for contract renewals and is being renewed for a term of one year thru July 31, 2018.
