35. 14056-CMR, OET REMOTE SITES REFRESH PHASE 1 Approve the execution of a Phase 1, Construction Manager at Risk (CMR), Pre-Construction Services Contract between Maricopa County and ForeSite Design & Construction, Inc., Gilbert, Arizona in an amount not-to-exceed $99,703.00, to provide general construction services for the refresh of remote OET sites. Also, authorize the execution of a Phase 2 Construction Manager at Risk (CMR), Construction Contract between Maricopa County and ForeSite Design & Construction, Inc., Gilbert, Arizona, in an amount not-to-exceed 10% of the project estimate, to construct the improvements necessary for the OET remote sites refresh.
