41. 14103-S, AVAYA ENTERPRISE COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM SUSTAINMENT Approve an amendment to the contract between Maricopa County and Avaya Communications, Inc. Bid Serial #14103-S to change the contract termination date to December 31, 2017 to match with the original Board approval, agenda # C-73-15-019-7-00, for three years awarded on January 21, 2015 and effective January 1, 2015 and reverse the Board of Supervisors action of February 18, 2015, Agenda # C-73-15-019-7-01, extending the term date to January 31, 2018. The amended term date of December 31, 2017 is agreed to by the parties per the support and maintenance agreement. (C-73-15-019-7-02)
