Serial: 14121-S Item: York Chiller Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul ($1,000,000.00 estimate / 2 Years until March 31, 2017 (Eff. 04/01/15) with 4 one-year renewal option) This contract provides for a comprehensive quarterly and annual preventive maintenance program for York Water Cooled and Air Cooled Chillers at various locations throughout the County; and to provide as necessary; repairs, overhauls and replacements to the chillers and related equipment (pumps, motors, and cooling tower; and to rent chiller equipment as necessary to keep facilities operational.
