47. 15036-ROQ, MCSO PROPERTY SALES Approve the following solicitation serial items. Serial: 15036-ROQ Item: MCSO Property Sales ($600,000.00 estimate / 3 Years Until July 31, 2018 with 2 One-Year Renewal Option) The purpose of this contract is to establish qualified vendors for the sale of firearms mandated by Arizona Revised Statute 12-945.B. These weapons were found, unclaimed, not eligible for release to the owners by the courts and are not firearms prohibited to possess or automatic weapons. Additionally, this initial solicitation established the bid amount for the first lot of weapons to be sold. The contract is for a term of three years through 7/31/18. The anticipated revenue is approximately $600,000.00. The recommended awardee is King 's Firearms and More and the winning bid amount for lot one is $120,000.00 King’s Firearms And More LLC (C-73-15-042-7-00)
