55. LEAD PUBLIC AGENCY CERTIFICATE OF AMENDED MASTER INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT WITH THE U.S. COMMUNITIES GOVERNMENTAL PURCHASING ALLIANCE Authorize and approve the Chairman to execute a new Lead Public Agency Certificate agreeing to the terms and conditions of an amended Master Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement (MICPA) with the U.S. Communities Governmental Purchasing Alliance. The MICPA guides the relationship between U.S. Communities and Maricopa County in those cases where Maricopa County serves a Lead Public Agency for a cooperatively issued contract marketed by U.S. Communities. Currently Maricopa County serves as the Lead Public Agency for the following contracts; MRO Supplies and Related Services (The Home Depot, HD Supply and Applied Industrial Technologies), Temporary Staffing and Related Services (Acro Corporation) and Oracle Products, Services and Solutions (DLT Solutions LLC). Maricopa County receives an administrative fee based on the overall contract sales for the issuance and management of the contracts. Current revenue estimates for this fiscal year are $360,000.
