Renewal/Extension Date: October 01, 2015 Serial: 10064-SS Item: On-Site Clinical Medical & Specialty Health Services ($750,000.00 estimate / 2 Year Until September 30, 2017) Approve the renewal of a Sole Source Contract (10064-SS) for On-Site Clinical Medical & Specialty Health Services and authorize the Office of Procurement Services to approve and issue any required documents. This contract renewal is to provide court ordered evaluations and on-site clinical medical services for Correctional Health Services which include: Obstetrics & Gynecology and Cardiology.
