49. 02081-RFP, WASTE TIRE RECYCLING REMOVAL & FINAL DISPOSAL Serial: 02081-RFP Item: WASTE TIRE RECYCLING REMOVAL & FINAL DISPOSAL : Authorize and approve the following changes/amendments/increase related the CRM Contract; exercising the final 5 year contract extension from January 2, 2018 to December 31, 2022; modifications to the scope of work to remove any references to construction of additional facilities; replace current insurance language to reflect new County coverage requirements and other additional administrative language changes; acceptance of a $30,000 cost share contribution from CRM to the County for the replacement of the truck scales at the Queen Creek facility; increase the value of the price agreement with CMR of America LLC by $25,000,000.00 to cover waste tire recycling expenses for the remainder of the contract, December 31, 2022. Previous authorized limit: $65,000,000.00 Value of increase: $25,000,000.00 New authorized limit: $90,000,000.00 The purpose of this contract is to provide a waste tire recycling removal and final disposal solution for Maricopa County administered by the County’s Waste Resources and Recycling Management Department.
