47. 14112-CMR, BIX ROOM UPGRADES WEST COURT BUILDING 3301 PHASE II Approve and Authorize the execution of a Phase II, Construction Manager at Risk (CMR), Construction Services Contract between Maricopa County and Caliente Construction, Inc. (Tempe, AZ) in an amount not-to-exceed $1,712,631 to provide general construction services for BIX Room upgrades in the West Court Building, 3301. Phase I of the project for the Pre-Construction Services Contract between Maricopa County and Data Specialties, Inc., Tempe, AZ, in an amount not-to-exceed $50,544 to provide general construction services for the updating of two existing BIX rooms was approved by the Chief Procurement Officer on April 2, 2015.
