56. 16036-JOC, CONCRETE SERVICES - JOB ORDER CONTRACT Authorize and approve Job Order Contracts (JOC) for Concrete Services with Nesbitt Contracting Company, Incorporated and TALIS Construction Corporation. The contracts will be effective for a period of one (1) year from the Board of Supervisors award date and may be renewed, if mutually agreed to by both the Contractor and the County, for an additional four (4) one-year periods. The overall construction cost shall not exceed three million ($3,000,000) per contract per year, with a maximum of $1,000,000 per individual project task order. (C-73-16-028-5-00)
