36. 16060-JOC, INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT SERVICES Authorize and approve a Job Order Contract (JOC) for Intersection Improvement Services with AJP Electric, Inc. The contract will be effective for a period of one (1) year from the Board of Supervisors award date and may be renewed, if mutually agreed to by both the Contractor and the County, for an additional four (4) one-year periods. The overall construction cost shall not exceed three million ($3,000,000) per contract per year, with a maximum of $1,000,000 per individual project task order. (C-73-16-031-5-00)
