A-2. ASSIGNMENT OF CLAIMS WITH ADP, LLC. Approve the Assignment of Claims with ADP, LLC, a Delaware limited-liability company affording Maricopa County the ability to appeal Department of Revenue’s denial of a refund of transaction privilege taxes levied on ADP’s gross proceeds from contract between ADP and Maricopa County effective November 14, 2007 for the period covering June 1, 2011 through April 30, 2014.
